Hamburg 
Mayu D was born in Lima-Peru and still lives there (although she considers herself a citizen of the world).
Always passionate about photography it was in the year 2009 that she began to study it professionally.
She has participated some time ago in itinerant collective exhibitions and ventured into other artistic disciplines such as contemporary dance and the creation of short films.
Considering it a paramount need, she is a feminist by conviction and did activism for women's rights and the LGTBQI+ community in her country.
In her spare time she is dedicated to working every detail of two photographic projects and to equestrian sports. Currently she works as a photographer for social events and is just to begin her studies in Forensic Photography.
